Prefix a string to every item in a list
Takes a list from STDIN and returns that same list with each element prefixed.
<stdin> -> prefix str -> <stdout>
» ja: [Monday..Wednesday] -> prefix foobar [ "foobarMonday", "foobarTuesday", "foobarWednesday" ]
